Excellent customer service. This location and teammates have been excellent in answering questions for us since we purchased our golf cart this spring. We had a clicking noise. They replaced the engine, washers, and mirror. Then delivered to our house, way out of their way, instead of back to the campground. I have been so impressed with them! I bought an off brand EV Titan golf cart from this dealership that looked amazing. After only 3 months I started having issues with the throttle cutting out and then the cart completely shut down on me. Purchased a used cart to help with yard work, from Wisco Carts LLC, they had just gotten it from in the day before we called, the old owner had just replaced all the batteries, which is a expense, we purchased it, and was delivered it to us a few days later. After a little while it wasnt holding a charge, we called Wisco Carts they came picked it up to check it out, and brought it back a few days later, with all brand new batteries, evidently the last owner replaced the batteries but didnt put in the proper batteries. No charge to us. Id purchase another cart from them, they stand behind their sales and are easy to work with.

Bought a new Evolution cart here. Has underperforming battery. Dan did everything in his power to try and rectify the issue. Even picked up cart and dropped it off. Unfortuntely manufacturer will not admit battery is not performing to stated specs.

We had our 2017 Yamaha golf cart picked up by WICO Carts for a change over to an ECO 48v 105ah battery as the original lead acid batteries were getting weak.. Very professional and clean installation, at a reasonable price. After delivery took the cart for a quick spin and immediately noticed an improvement in pickup and speed. Both George and Dan were great to work with. Highly recommend WISCO Carts.

I really like our evolution Cart, the only problem we had was the plywood for the driver & passenger seats rooted out. That should be a plastic wood material. The rest is great.
